Regional Director of Operations and Sales, Philadelphia Office
When we decided to open our Philadelphia office, we
wanted to maintain the gold standard that we had established with our clients
in New
Jersey.
Turning our search to experience and positive
industry reputation, we asked Chris Wertz to head our new regional office as
Director of Operations and Sales.
Chris, a long-time colleague of T.U.C.S.,
is serving as Director of Operations and Sales for this regional office.
Chris brings over 18 years of valuable experience in
the cleaning and real estate industries. Throughout the years, hard-work brought him up-the-ladder
from a cleaner to Vice President and Director of Operations for one of
the largest privately held janitorial service companies on the East Coast. He has
been responsible for a total of more than 14 million square feet.
Chris's day-to-day activities now have him
overseeing the management of the first three Philadelphia accounts and
hitting the pavement to show the rest of the city why T.U.C.S. is the best.

Our second new account is located at 20th Street and
Arch Street, a magnificent building, where we are
contracted for the total upkeep of the building including the
Philadelphia Horticultural Society. We perform janitorial and mechanical
services at this location and TUCS management oversees the Mechanical and
Engineering staff as part of our contract.
The most recent client to enlist our services was
PHLX, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. On the Equity Trading Floor, we ensure
computer screens are dust and smudge free. We dust all equipment and clean
above and underneath the raised computer floor. Office-wide
we perform detailed cleaning including carpet shampoo and hard floor
maintenance.
With Chris's successful experience and 'T.U.C.S.' reputation for quality service,
we will soon be an asset to more of the Philadelphia area.
