Sergio M. Artazu, Chairman and President
Sergio M. Artazu personally oversees all aspects of TUCS' major accounts. He is a strong believer in maintaining total project responsibility and has put together a strong management team to achieve this goal. Recognized as a pioneer in the profession, he has consistently introduced state-of-the-art building management and maintenance methods. Under his leadership, T.U.C.S. has become one of the fastest growing small businesses in New Jersey.
David Colin, Chief Executive Officer
David Colin joined TUCS in 2002 as CEO. With 28 years of hands-on experience managing one of the largest privately held janitorial service companies on the East Coast, Mr. Colin has direct responsibility for marketing, legal and financial operations, as well as seeking out joint venture and acquisition opportunities for the company. Mr. Colin has also incorporated new procedures for supervisor recruitment, financial management and an updated quality control program, all in keeping with the company's philosophy of providing innovative, efficient and competitive operations.
Ingrid Schaefer, Vice President of Accounts
Ingrid Schaefer, a consummate professional, has been with TUCS for more than 28 years, and is directly responsible for overall customer satisfaction and quality control. Her goal is to personally ensure that TUCS delivers a consistent quality of services. She performs inspections proactively to guarantee that our clients receive the best value for their cleaning dollar.
Chris Wertz, Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales, Philadelphia
Mr. Wertz brought to TUCS over 25 years of valuable experience in the cleaning and real estate industries, and oversees the successful management and quality services of the extensive Philadelphia accounts, responsible for more than 14 million square feet. In addition to janitorial services, at one of our locations, Mr. Wertz oversees mechanical and engineering staff as part of our contract.
